Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Are you an energetic, creative, and child-friendly recreation professional with a passion for delivering memorable family experiences? Mövenpick Resort Al Marjan Island (an Accor property) is seeking an enthusiastic Kids Club Supervisor to join its recreation and guest services team in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
In this engaging leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations of the resort’s children’s club, designing creative and safe educational activities, managing recreational schedules, and ensuring a fun, secure, and welcoming environment for younger guests and their families.

Key Responsibilities & Kids Club Duties:
1. Activity Planning & Program Delivery:
– Design, organize, and execute a diverse daily schedule of engaging, age-appropriate recreational, arts, crafts, and educational activities for children.
– Coordinate indoor and outdoor games, beach activities, treasure hunts, and seasonal events while ensuring high levels of engagement and fun.
– Supervise and interact actively with children, ensuring their safety, happiness, and comfort at all times.
2. Team Supervision & Operational Oversight:
– Supervise, train, and mentor junior kids club attendants and recreation team members, fostering a collaborative and energetic work culture.
– Maintain pristine cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards across the kids club facility, toys, play equipment, and outdoor areas.
– Manage daily attendance registries, parental consent forms, and security sign-in/sign-out procedures rigorously.
3. Guest Relations & Safety Management:
– Greet parents and children warmly, providing clear information about kids club schedules, membership options, and special programs.
– Enforce strict safety rules, emergency protocols, and first-aid guidelines to prevent accidents and protect young guests.
– Collaborate with the recreation manager, housekeeping, and F&B teams to support family-oriented resort events.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
– Professional Experience:
* Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience working in childcare, animation, recreation, or kids club operations within a 4- or 5-star hotel, resort, or family entertainment center.
* First Aid and CPR certification is highly preferred.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Outgoing, patient, creative, and enthusiastic personality with a natural affinity for working with children.
* Exceptional communication, organizational, and crisis management abilities.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic or additional European languages are a strong advantage.
