Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Supervise daily cinema operations, ticketing platforms, and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding guest service, uphold premium hospitality standards, and ensure smooth, efficient cinematic experiences at Roxy Cinemas.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Supervise daily cinema operations to deliver outstanding guest service and operational excellence.
– Monitor ticketing platforms, reporting systems, and operational efficiency to track performance metrics.
– Support promotional activities, alternative content events, and specialized cinema programming requirements.

Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: High School Diploma required; additional certification or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Retail, or a related field is preferred.
– Experience: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience within a customer-centric, hospitality, retail, or entertainment environment.
– Core Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and guest-handling capabilities.
