Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Al Mulla Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced female Salon Manager / Supervisor to lead daily salon operations, supervise staff, drive sales growth, and maintain exceptional standards of customer service and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Supervise daily salon operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and high-quality workflow.
– Manage, lead, and motivate salon staff to achieve set sales targets and deliver premium customer service.
– Handle client appointments, scheduling, follow-ups, and inventory tracking.
– Build strong relationships with clients to foster customer loyalty, retention, and continuous business growth.
– Monitor daily reports, manage performance metrics, and promote salon services effectively.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Gender & Language: Female candidates only; Arabic speaking is mandatory.
– Professional Experience: 4 to 5 years of proven experience in salon management or supervision within the UAE.
– Core Skills: Strong knowledge of salon operations, staff management, customer service excellence, scheduling, inventory control, and target management.
Compensation & Benefits Package:
– Competitive professional annual salary package ranging from AED 78,000 to AED 123,000.
