Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Are you an ambitious retail professional with a passion for leadership, sales driving, and customer excellence? Azadea Group is seeking a dedicated Assistant Manager III to join its retail store management team in Bahrain.
In this key leadership role, you will work hand-in-hand with the Shop Manager to oversee daily store operations, coach sales teams, manage visual merchandising standards, drive profitability, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities & Store Management Duties:
1. Sales Generation & Performance Management:
– Support the Shop Manager in driving store sales performance to consistently achieve or exceed targets and KPIs.
– Monitor daily sales metrics, analyze commercial reports, and implement strategies to boost store productivity.
2. Team Leadership & Coaching:
– Lead, motivate, and mentor sales associates and floor staff to deliver top-tier customer service standards.
– Assist with staff scheduling, training coordination, onboarding, and continuous performance evaluations.
3. Visual Merchandising & Stock Operations:
– Ensure store visual merchandising displays, window dressing, and promotional layouts comply strictly with international brand guidelines.
– Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, deliveries, and stock-take processes to minimize shrinkage.
4. Operational & Administrative Compliance:
– Maintain high standards of store health, safety, security, and housekeeping.
– Handle customer escalations and resolve issues professionally in line with company policies and local regulations.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Professional Experience:
* Minimum 2 to 4 years of retail experience, with at least 1 to 2 years in a supervisory or assistant store manager capacity within fashion, lifestyle, or fast-paced retail.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Strong commercial awareness, operational understanding, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal capabilities.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
