Position Overview & Role Purpose:

In this frontline customer service role, you will act as a brand ambassador by greeting shoppers, understanding their preferences, offering expert product recommendations, maximizing sales opportunities, and ensuring an inviting shop-floor atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities & Retail Duties:
1. Customer Engagement & Sales Support:
– Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide attentive, personalized assistance throughout their shopping experience.
– Present product features, explain promotions, and assist shoppers in making informed purchasing decisions to meet store targets.
– Handle transactions smoothly and accurately at the cash counter or sales desk.
2. Visual Merchandising & Inventory Upkeep:
– Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store display layouts according to brand guidelines.
– Restock shelves, organize clothing or products on the sales floor, and ensure the shop remains clean and clutter-free.
– Participate in regular inventory counts and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management.
3. Operational Standards:
– Comply strictly with all company policies, security guidelines, and store operational procedures.
– Collaborate positively with store team members and supervisors to ensure efficient daily functioning.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* High School Diploma or equivalent education.
– Professional Experience:
* Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage, though motivated entry-level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Outstanding interpersonal, active listening, and communication skills.
* Friendly, approachable disposition with high energy and a professional appearance.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; conversational Arabic is a valuable asset.
