**About this vacancy**
This is a retail till role. You scan goods, take payment, issue receipts and help customers find items or deal with a refund. Accuracy on cash and prices is the main requirement.
**Key responsibilities**
Welcome customers and answer product or promotion questions.
Operate the scanner, scale and cash register.
Take cash, card and coupon payments and count change.
Balance the drawer and prepare credit and debit reports.
Process refunds and exchanges.
Bag purchases and check items for damage or wrong price.
Stock shelves near the till and keep the workspace clean.
Train new cashiers when asked.
Count the drawer at the end of the day and support cash audits.
**Requirements**
About 3–4 years of cashier or retail experience.
Accurate cash handling.
Customer-service manner.
Able to use a till and card machine.
English for customer service. Arabic is useful in Bahrain.
