**About Aldar**
Aldar is Abu Dhabi’s largest listed real-estate developer and investor. Abu Dhabi Sales sells new and existing residential inventory and launches to buyers, brokers and corporate clients.
**About this vacancy**
You sell Aldar properties. You match buyer needs to stock and launches, generate leads, run site visits and close. Work is in the office, sales centre or exhibition. The card lists a 6-day workweek.
**Day-to-day work**
Generate leads from networking, campaigns and broker lists. Show units and explain features, price, amenities and payment terms. Issue offers. Prepare contracts and payment plans. Update CRM. Keep relationships with HNWIs, corporates and brokers. Advise on the product and investment case. Handle concerns after the sale. Run property visits and show-home enquiries.
**Key responsibilities**
Own quarterly sales targets against the annual plan.
Source buyers directly and through brokers.
Showcase inventory and launches.
Issue offers and manage sales paperwork to policy.
Keep the lead pipeline current in CRM.
Follow regulatory and company sales rules.
**Requirements**
Emirati talent only, as stated on the card.
About 4–6 years in residential real-estate sales.
Track record around AED 100 million sales a year, as listed on the card.
UAE and GCC market exposure.
Arabic and English at business level, written and spoken.
Diploma in business administration or management required. Bachelor’s an advantage.
Strong negotiation and client-management skills.
