**About this vacancy**

You lead design planning and design services for Aldar projects. You set process, resourcing and quality so design packages meet brief, programme and budget. You work with design management, consultants and development teams.

**Key responsibilities**

Plan design services across assigned projects.

Set standards, programmes and consultant coordination.

Protect design quality, cost and time.

Report design risks to Group Design Studio leadership.

**Requirements**

Senior design-management or design-planning experience on large developments.

Architecture, engineering or related degree.

GCC project experience preferred.
