NMC is a large private healthcare group in the UAE with hospitals, medical centres and support companies. Corporate strategy sits with group leadership and supports growth, performance and new initiatives across facilities. This associate is an analysis and project role, not a hospital-ward post and not a C-suite post.
**About this vacancy**
You support strategy projects: research, models, slides and follow-up with business units. You turn operational and financial data into clear options for management. Healthcare regulation, capacity and network questions often sit in the work. Office hours with project peaks.
**Day-to-day work**
A typical week includes gathering data from hospitals or group functions, building simple models, writing short notes, preparing packs for steering meetings, tracking actions and sitting with finance, operations or clinical leads. Deadlines follow the ExCo calendar. English is used for packs. Arabic is useful with some stakeholders.
**Key responsibilities**
Support strategy and performance projects for assigned NMC units.
Analyse operational, financial and market information into decision-ready notes.
Prepare presentations and trackers for leadership reviews.
Coordinate with finance, operations and facility teams.
Follow up agreed actions after strategy meetings.
Keep working files accurate and confidential.
**Who this role is for**
Someone with 2–4 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, healthcare planning or similar analysis work. Comfortable with Excel and executive slides. Not a first admin assistant post.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Healthcare Management or related field. Master’s useful.
2–4 years in strategy, consulting, transformation or performance improvement preferred.
Strong analysis, writing and stakeholder skills.
Excel and presentation skills.
English required. Arabic an advantage.
UAE work eligibility.
