**About this vacancy**
You lead the barista team in a specialty coffee outlet. You keep drink quality, cleanliness, stock and service to brand standard, and you train the team.
**Key responsibilities**
Supervise baristas on shift.
Prepare espresso drinks to recipe and presentation standard.
Train staff on machines, recipes and service.
Maintain machines and grinders.
Control coffee, milk, syrup and cup stock.
Keep the bar clean to food-safety and Qatar Municipality rules.
Handle guest issues and daily reports.
**Requirements**
About 3–5 years as a barista, with senior or supervisor time preferred.
Espresso, brewing and latte-art skill.
Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
Able to work a busy café shift.
