**About this vacancy**
You run HR for a multi-brand hospitality group: recruitment, employee relations, attendance, payroll coordination and Qatar labour compliance. You support outlet managers and keep staff files current.
**Key responsibilities**
Run daily HR operations and policies.
Recruit, interview and onboard.
Track contracts, IDs, work permits and renewals.
Handle grievances and disciplinary files.
Check attendance, leave and overtime for payroll.
Coordinate final settlements with finance.
Arrange training and performance reviews.
Keep records confidential.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s in HR, business administration or related field.
HR manager or supervisor experience.
Qatar Labour Law knowledge.
Recruitment, employee relations and payroll coordination experience.
Word and Excel for HR reports.
