Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Design simple, intuitive user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences, translating complex booking workflows into user-friendly interfaces.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interaction specifications for web and mobile experiences.
– Plan, conduct, and analyze usability tests and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers in cross-functional teams.
– Leverage qualitative and quantitative data to refine designs and support a user-first approach.
– Apply knowledge of cognitive psychology, UX heuristics, and task analysis to every project.
– Ensure all interactions are accessible, responsive, and aligned with our brand and design system.
– Present and defend interaction choices based on usability principles and user feedback.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Usability Engineering, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
– Certification: Certification from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) or Human Factors International (HFI) is required.
– Experience: 3-5 years of experience designing interaction models and performing usability evaluations.
– Portfolio: Proven portfolio showcasing high-impact interaction design and usability case studies.
– Technical Skills: Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and usability testing platforms.
– Core Skills: Clear understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG), mobile-first design, responsive behavior, excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
