**About this vacancy**
You inspect maintenance work so repairs meet company standards, specifications and safety rules. You do not run the technician team. You check quality, write reports and follow defects to close.
**Key responsibilities**
Inspect equipment, facilities and finished jobs.
Flag defects and corrective action.
Check materials and spare parts against standard.
Write daily, weekly and monthly QC reports.
Follow up after repair.
Support preventive-maintenance and HSE rules.
**Requirements**
About 2–3 years in maintenance quality control or facilities management.
Knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and mechanical systems.
Strong documentation and Excel.
Attention to detail.
Qatar safety knowledge is an advantage.
