This manager runs several MEP jobs at once from preconstruction through testing, commissioning and handover. **About this vacancy**

You lead delivery so projects finish safely, on time, on budget and to contract, technical, quality and regulatory rules. You need leadership, commercial sense, MEP technical knowledge and project-management skill. This is not a single-site supervisor post and not a design-office only role.

**Day-to-day work**

You allocate people, materials and equipment. You supervise project managers, engineers and discipline leads. You manage subcontractors and vendors. You review shop drawings, BOQs, data sheets, method statements and material submissions. You drive testing, commissioning, close-out files and handover. You spot delay, cost risk and technical problems early and fix them. You send progress, cost and risk reports. You keep Bahrain regulations, contract terms, quality and HSSE in view. You stop misuse of plant, labour and materials. You close technical and commercial issues that block the programme.

Submit progress, cost, performance and management reports.

Comply with Bahrain regulations, contract, technical standards, quality and HSSE.

Apply quality-control so MEP works meet approved specs.

Keep internal and external communication working through the job.
