About the role
The director sets commercial strategy, contracts, procurement and commercial risk for Qiddiya residential projects, and leads the commercial team so schemes finish on budget and to Qiddiya quality.
Key Responsibilities
Set and run commercial strategy for residential developments.
Lead contract negotiation, procurement and commercial risk through the project life.
Work across delivery, design and finance.
Mentor the commercial team.
Keep projects inside budget, programme and Qiddiya standards.

This role suits a commercial director from large residential construction.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or Business. Advanced degree useful.
Minimum 15 years’ commercial management on residential construction.
Strong contract, procurement and risk skill.
Leadership of mixed teams.
KSA / GCC residential-market knowledge is useful.
