JASARA Program Management Company manages large construction programmes in Saudi Arabia. This director owns health, safety and environment for one GIGA project, from planning through execution.
**About this vacancy**
You set the HSE strategy for the project, check site risk, train teams and report performance. You work with project managers, stakeholders and regulators.
**Key responsibilities**
Build and run the project HSE strategy.
Keep work aligned with local, national and international HSE rules.
Assess risk, inspect sites and close hazards.
Run HSE training and awareness.
Put HSE into planning and execution with the project team.
Report HSE metrics and lead incident investigations.
Work with regulators and industry bodies on good practice.
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety, environmental science, engineering or a related field.
At least 18 years in HSE, with large-scale, giga or mega project exposure.
Track record building HSE programmes on complex projects.
NEBOSH or equivalent is highly desirable.
English fluency for reports and presentations.
Leadership and root-cause analysis.
