**About this vacancy**
You cover the commercial life of infrastructure, utilities and landscaping works: estimates, CESMM measurement, FIDIC Red Book 1999 administration, variations and final account. Al Mirfa is remote. The card says you must be comfortable based there for the project.
**Key responsibilities**
Track cost and forecasts on parks packages.
Prepare estimates, bills and tender documents.
Measure and value works and interim certificates.
Advise on variations and claims.
Close final accounts.
Act as the client’s cost advisor.
**Requirements**
Degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering or a RICS-accredited course. MRICS an advantage.
About 5+ years post-graduate as a QS or cost manager, ideally 2+ years in the Middle East.
Infrastructure, utilities and hard and soft landscaping experience.
CESMM and FIDIC Red Book 1999.
