The advisor books workshop jobs, explains work and cost to customers, and keeps service flow moving between the reception and technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Receive customers and open job cards.
Explain work, time and cost.
Liaise with technicians and parts.
Update the customer through the job.
Follow brand and workshop standards.
Support aftersales targets and customer satisfaction.
