About the role
The supervisor plans and runs store security so shrinkage falls and premises, product and people stay protected.
Key Responsibilities
Implement retail security operations for the business unit.
Reduce shrinkage and known risks on site.
Apply retail operational policies.
Respond to store and distribution security-incident reports.
Oversee security equipment including CCTV, EAS and intruder alarms.
Investigate alleged policy breaches. Take written interviews and witness statements.
Advise stores on shoplifter procedure and support police cases when required.
Make recommendations in line with company and HR process.

Qualifications & Requirements
Graduate in any discipline listed on public notices.
3–4 years’ security experience, with recent years in a responsible security-management post.
