Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Are you an accomplished and compassionate clinical leader with a passion for excellence in patient care? HealthHub Clinic (operated by Al-Futtaim Health) is seeking a dedicated Head Nurse to join its multi-specialty facility in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC), Dubai, UAE.
In this pivotal clinical leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations, managing clinical staff, ensuring adherence to Dubai Health Authority (DHA) standards, and maintaining the highest levels of patient safety, quality assurance, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities & Clinical Leadership Duties:
1. Nursing Operations & Clinical Supervision:
– Supervise, mentor, and coordinate daily activities of the nursing and clinical support team across outpatient departments.
– Ensure seamless patient flow from triage to consultation, treatment, and discharge, maintaining high efficiency and patient satisfaction.
– Monitor clinical protocols, medication administration, infection control practices, and patient safety guidelines rigorously.
2. Quality Assurance & Regulatory Compliance:
– Ensure 100% compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations, healthcare licensing standards, and internal hospital accreditation guidelines.
– Conduct regular audits of clinical records, equipment safety checks, and emergency preparedness supplies.
– Manage clinical incident reporting, root-cause analyses, and the implementation of corrective action plans.
3. Team Development & Administrative Management:
– Participate in recruitment, orientation, performance appraisals, and ongoing training programs for nursing personnel.
– Manage staff duty rosters, shift allocations, and leave planning to ensure optimal clinic coverage.
– Collaborate closely with physicians, clinic managers, and administrative teams to optimize healthcare service delivery.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials & Licensure:
* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent recognized nursing degree.
* Valid Dubai Health Authority (DHA) Registered Nurse license (or eligibility letter).
– Professional Experience:
* Minimum 5 to 7 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 to 3 years in a charge nurse, head nurse, or supervisory role within a hospital, multi-specialty clinic, or healthcare center.
* BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is mandatory; ACLS is preferred.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution abilities.
* Strong working knowledge of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and clinical reporting tools.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
