Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Aramex is seeking a detail-oriented Courier Products Controller to manage shipment tracking, inventory control, and courier product distribution to ensure seamless logistics and express delivery workflows.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

– Maintain systematic inventory records, document discrepancies, and generate periodic stock and shipment reports.
– Ensure all logistics operations comply with company safety guidelines, quality standards, and regulatory frameworks.
– Resolve shipment tracking inquiries and support cross-functional operational improvements.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Experience: Proven background in logistics, warehousing, courier operations, or inventory control.
– Core Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, attention to detail, proficiency in logistics software systems, and excellent communication skills.
