Position Overview & Role Purpose:
Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a detail-oriented Operation Administrator to join its Retail E-commerce division in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for shift task creation, delivery slot planning, order processing, and tracking operational dashboards.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Create and manage daily tasks for the shift.
– Plan pick trips in alignment with delivery slot orders.
– Print invoices following the picking stage and attach them securely to orders prior to dispatch.
– Review operational dashboards continuously and escalate issues promptly if operations deviate from plans.
– Coordinate effectively with last-mile carriers to ensure timely dispatch and support continuous operational improvements.
– Maintain strict operational discipline to ensure tools, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), and resources are fully ready before shifts.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.
– Professional Experience: 2 to 3 years of overall experience, preferably within e-commerce operations, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the retail business.
– Core Skills: Strong communication skills and computer proficiency, including advanced MS Excel capabilities. Excellent ability to plan tasks, multitask, and work effectively under pressure with high attention to detail.
– Language: Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are considered an added advantage.
