Take on commercial responsibility for manufacturing projects and production operations, overseeing financial controlling, cost optimization, risk management, and commercial alignment within Siemens Mobility’s manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Manage commercial and financial aspects of manufacturing projects, production units, or contract execution lifecycle phases.
– Monitor project budgets, cash flows, cost tracking, and variance analysis to ensure financial targets are achieved.
– Handle internal financial reporting, forecasting, auditing support, and risk/opportunity assessments.
– Collaborate closely with technical project managers, production leads, and cross-functional teams to drive commercial efficiency.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Education: Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Controlling, or a related commercial discipline.
– Experience: Mid-level professional experience in commercial project management, finance, or controlling, ideally within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.
– Core Skills: Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in financial systems (SAP/ERP), structured communication, and fluency in English and German.
