**About this vacancy**
Full-time store roles for the first SKIMS door in Kuwait. Manager line: lead the store, hit targets, run team and service. Supervisor / team leader: run the shift and coach advisors. Sales advisor: sell and bring the brand to life on the floor.
**Day-to-day work**
Launch period means set-up, training, stock, VM and opening-week volume. After opening, mall hours, KPI tracking and brand standards.
**Key responsibilities**
Deliver SKIMS service and sales standards.
Hit store or team targets.
Keep VM, stock and cash rules.
Coach or sell according to the card you open.
Work Kuwait mall hours.
**Who this role is for**
Fashion retail manager (about 5–7 years multi-store or large-format on the manager card), or supervisor / advisor as per the specific line.
**Requirements**
Graduate in any discipline on the manager card.
Retail operations, sales, coaching, inventory, VM.
