About the role
The director leads inclusion across the through-school (ages 3–18), including Students of Determination, and must meet the Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework. Work is with SLT, teachers, parents and external agencies.
Key Responsibilities
Set the vision for inclusive education.
Lead provision for Students of Determination.
Keep the school compliant with Dubai inclusion policy and KHDA expectations.
Lead a multidisciplinary inclusion team (SEN, EAL and specialists).
Develop and monitor IEPs and interventions.
Coach teachers and run professional development.
Use data to judge provision and raise outcomes.
Work with families and external agencies.

Qualifications & Requirements
Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, PGDE or equivalent) plus a relevant bachelor’s.
Postgraduate qualification in SEN, Inclusion or related field (Master’s preferred).
Significant inclusion-leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of the British curriculum across ages 3–18.
Knowledge of Dubai Inclusive Education Policy Framework and KHDA.
Experience leading SEN, EAL and specialist staff.
Skill with IEPs, coaching and data.
UK-enhanced DBS or equivalent police check.
