About the Role:
Inditex Group—one of the world’s largest fashion retailers featuring global brands such as Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home—is looking for passion-driven, energetic Sales Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our retail brands, shaping the shopping experience of thousands of customers daily. Key Responsibilities & Core Functions:
1. Exceptional Customer Care & Service Delivery:
– Welcome and engage every customer warmly, providing individualized shopping advice and detailed product knowledge.
– Assist customers actively across all store zones, including the main sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash desk areas.
– Resolve customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally while upholding brand standards and policy guidelines.
2. Visual Merchandising & Floor Management:
– Ensure the sales floor is continuously organized, fully stocked, pristine, and visually appealing according to corporate guidelines.
– Execute daily stock replenishment from stockrooms to maintain optimal sizes, colors, and displays on retail racks.
– Assist in setting up new collections, promotional layouts, and visual window displays during seasonal changes or product drops.
3. Inventory Control & Operations:
– Receive, inspect, process, and tag incoming stock shipments with high accuracy and speed.
– Support store inventory audits, loss prevention initiatives, and security protocols to minimize stock shrink.
– Operate cash registers proficiently, handling various transaction types, digital payments, and gift cards accurately.
4. Team Collaboration & Workplace Environment:
– Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and store managers to meet daily operational goals and performance metrics.
– Adapt dynamically to flexible floor duties based on real-time store traffic and peak shopping hours.
– Maintain a safe, inclusive, and clean working environment for both colleagues and shoppers.
Qualifications, Experience & Core Skills:
– Experience Background: Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, fashion merchandising, or hospitality is highly advantageous, though passionate entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
– Trend Sensitivity: A keen interest in global fashion trends, personal styling, and an overall passion for retail retail innovation.
– Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal communication, strong listening skills, positive attitude, and a natural ability to multitask in active settings.
– Flexibility & Availability: Willingness to work flexible rotas, including weekends, early mornings, late evenings, and peak holiday shopping seasons.
