Saudi Aramco is seeking a Deal Quality Specialist to join its corporate investments and transactional review teams. This role focuses on evaluating complex global M&A deals, joint ventures, and strategic investments to ensure rigorous corporate governance, technical diligence, and optimal deal structuring.
Key Responsibilities:
– Transaction Review & Assurance: Evaluate proposal quality across major investment opportunities, venture capital deals, and strategic partnerships.
– Risk Assessment & Valuation: Review financial models, commercial terms, valuation methodologies, and risk mitigation strategies to validate project viability.
– Governance & Compliance: Enforce compliance with corporate approval processes, regulatory mandates, and investment committee guidelines.
– Strategic Advisory: Provide objective feedback to transaction execution teams and present clear investment recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
– Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Engineering. Master’s degree or MBA preferred. Professional credentials like CFA or CPA are advantageous.
– Experience: Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, investment banking, corporate strategy, or venture capital, preferably within the energy or heavy industrial sectors.
– Skills: Deep knowledge of M&A execution lifecycle, financial modeling, deal structuring, due diligence processes, and risk assessment frameworks.
