Sales Assistant (Full-Time & Part-Time)

About the Role:

Inditex Group—one of the world’s largest fashion retail groups operating brands such as Zara, Pull&Bear, Massimo Dutti, Bershka, Stradivarius, Oysho, and Zara Home—is seeking enthusiastic, results-driven Sales Assistants for full-time and part-time positions. In this role, you will act as a primary brand ambassador, playing a central role in delivering a premium shopping experience, driving retail performance, and maintaining peak operational standards across the store.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

1. Customer Engagement & Service Standards:

– Greet and assist shoppers enthusiastically across all retail areas, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout counters.

– Offer tailored style advice, outfit recommendations, and accurate product information regarding materials, care, and sizing.

– Handle customer inquiries, item searches, exchanges, and returns efficiently while upholding strict service quality guidelines.

2. Inventory Operations & Stock Control:

– Process daily delivery shipments by unboxing, alarm-tagging, hanger-sorting, and organizing new inventory swiftly.

– Execute systematic stock replenishment to ensure all product ranges, sizes, and colors are continuously available to customers.

– Support store inventory counts, stockroom organization, and loss prevention procedures to control inventory shrink.

3. Visual Merchandising & Floor Excellence:

– Maintain strict store presentation standards, ensuring clothing racks, folded tables, and display fixtures remain pristine throughout the day.

– Assist visual merchandising teams in implementing seasonal layouts, floor moves, window displays, and promotional changes.

– Ensure fitting rooms are cleared quickly, keeping garments sorted and returned promptly to the sales floor.

4. Point of Sale & Store Maintenance:

– Process sales transactions, digital payments, gift vouchers, and tax-free forms accurately through the POS system.

– Work closely with team members and store managers to meet daily operational objectives and unit sales targets.

– Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for both store visitors and colleagues.

Qualifications & Core Capabilities:

– Experience: Previous experience in fashion retail, customer service, sales, or hospitality is preferred, though motivated candidates seeking an entry into retail are encouraged to apply.
