Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:

– Welcome customers warmly and identify their specific requirements and preferences.

– Present and explain the features, quality, design, and performance of luxury jewellery products.

– Recommend suitable and complementary items to enhance the customer’s purchase and achieve assigned sales targets.

– Calculate quotes, apply appropriate discounts in line with company guidelines, and handle customer inquiries professionally.

– Maintain strong knowledge of products, collections, pricing, and market trends while monitoring competitors’ activities.

Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:

– Academic & Professional Credentials: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.

– Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably within a high-profile jewellery retail environment.

– Skills & Abilities: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential. Strong customer service, relationship-building, negotiation, and computer literacy skills.
