Alshaya Group is looking for an experienced Sales Associate – Foot Locker in the UAE.
This permanent full-time retail role sits in Alshaya’s fashion and footwear division. Foot Locker stores need associates who can serve customers, keep the floor presented and support sales targets in a mall environment.
About the role
The associate helps shoppers find product, works the till as required, replenishes stock and follows brand and store standards. Shifts include evenings, weekends and peak mall hours.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers and support the sales plan.
Keep the sales floor tidy and on-brand.
Help with stock, fitting and checkout as assigned.
Follow cash, shrinkage and store procedures.
Work as part of a multi-national store team.
Who this role is suitable for
This role suits a retail sales associate who already works fashion or footwear stores and has good spoken English.
Qualifications & Requirements
Retail or customer-service experience is expected for store roles.
Good English. Arabic is useful.
High standard of presentation.
Willingness to work mall shifts.
