Drive business growth, strategic partnerships, and performance optimization for key restaurant and vendor accounts in Abu Dhabi, ensuring high satisfaction, revenue expansion, and operational excellence across the platform.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key merchant and restaurant partners in the Abu Dhabi market.
– Monitor account performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve conversion rates and order volumes.
– Identify commercial growth opportunities, negotiate contract renewals or updates, and execute promotional campaigns with partners.
– Collaborate with internal operations, marketing, and customer support teams to resolve issues and streamline partner experiences.
– Stay updated on regional food delivery trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to advise partners effectively.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of proven experience in account management, business development, sales, or commercial operations (ideally within e-commerce, tech, or F&B industries).
– Technical & Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis, Excel/reporting tools, and CRM systems.
– Core Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building capabilities, with a strong commercial mindset and problem-solving aptitude.
