Position Overview & Role Purpose:

In this foundational professional role, you will assist in the design, development, and maintenance of circuits, systems, servers, database systems, and automated infrastructure services. Working alongside seasoned engineers, you will compile performance statistics, support IT infrastructure deployments, and ensure seamless technical execution aligned with enterprise architecture guidelines.

Key Responsibilities & Operational Duties:
1. Systems Development, Testing & Maintenance:
– Assist in the design and implementation of circuits, servers, database systems, and automated infrastructure components.
– Perform defined tests on simple circuits, systems, and equipment in strict compliance with standard guidelines and specifications.
– Execute maintenance and repair operations for existing systems and equipment under the direction of senior team members.
2. Infrastructure Deployment & Database Optimization:
– Ensure smooth communication and adherence to standards across all deployment and implementation operations of IT infrastructure.
– Handle the tuning and optimization of database systems in direct coordination with application owners.
– Collate infrastructure and application requirements received from various corporate sectors to ensure timely fulfillment.
3. Asset Governance, Analytics & Compliance:
– Compile and analyze system performance statistics to support data-driven decision-making within the team.
– Assist in tracking software license utilization and supporting overall software asset governance.
– Maintain accurate computer logs, update necessary operational/vendor management databases (including RFPs), and conduct routine quality audits.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science (or a closely related technical discipline).
– Required Professional Experience:
* 0 to 2 years of professional experience in circuit, system, infrastructure, or application design within the technology or telecommunications industry.
– Technical Skills & Competencies:
* Basic proficiency in data collection, statistical analysis, reporting, and project management.
* Foundational knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ERP systems, business process modeling, and database modeling.
* Intermediate understanding of architecture, system capacity planning, and life-cycle management.
