Shoe Mart (Landmark Group) is seeking a qualified Finance Manager to direct financial business partnering, FP&A, reporting, governance, and compliance across UAE Shoe Mart operations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, feasibility studies, lease renewals, and financial analysis to improve profitability.
​Business Partnering: Partner with cross-functional brand and corporate leadership to track performance and drive corrective action.
​Governance & Compliance: Review legal contracts, commercial proposals, and ensure full compliance with Corporate Tax, VAT, FAR, and internal CFO scorecards.
​Reporting & Controls: Oversee monthly financial closes, review key retail KPIs (sales, markdowns, overheads), and maintain internal control systems.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
​Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance and Operations, preferably within a retail environment.
​Leadership: 2 to 3 years of managerial experience leading an independent finance, operations, or commercial function.
