Splash (Landmark Group) is looking for a qualified Manager – Supply Planning to oversee inventory management and supply distribution across UAE locations. The role focuses on inventory balancing, aged stock clearance, stock allocation, and supply chain accuracy.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Inventory & Supply Planning: Manage stock distribution across regional distribution centers (RDC), retail outlets, and clearance points. Balance availability against capital efficiency.
​Ageing & Obsolete Stock Management: Drive clearance strategies for 18+ month aged inventory and oversee write-off procedures with finance and warehouse teams.
​Outlet & Clearance Planning: Monitor stock movement, capacity planning, and promotional markdown allocations for outlets.
​Inventory Analysis & Control: Track stock counts, resolve RMS vs. WMS variances, and monitor key inventory performance indicators (sell-through, cover, accuracy).
​System Management: Ensure timely system updates in RMS and Shala platforms for pricing and pullouts.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Experience: Proven track record in supply planning, retail inventory control, and stock allocation.
​Technical Skills: Experience using retail management systems (RMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
​Core Competencies: Analytical problem-solving, inventory control, and cross-department coordination.
