In these vital technical positions, you will be responsible for deploying, managing, and optimizing complex engineering systems, communication frameworks, and defense-related technology solutions to support high-impact projects in the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities & Engineering Duties:
1. Systems Engineering & Architecture:
– Design, integrate, and optimize complex technical systems, architectures, and infrastructure frameworks.
– Provide end-to-end technical support, systems analysis, and performance troubleshooting for enterprise and defense clients.
2. Radio Frequency (RF) & Communications:
– Oversee the implementation, testing, and maintenance of radio frequency components, communication systems, and network links.
– Ensure strict adherence to technical specifications, signal integrity, and operational safety standards.
3. Project Execution & Stakeholder Coordination:
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional project teams, local stakeholders, and regional partners to ensure deliverables align with project timelines.
– Document technical processes, configure system parameters, and conduct compliance reporting.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
– Professional Experience:
* Minimum 5 to 8+ years of progressive engineering experience in systems integration, radio frequency engineering, defense contracting, or enterprise IT.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Comprehensive technical aptitude and hands-on diagnostic capabilities.
* Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
