Systems Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Systems Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing, testing, integrating, and maintaining enterprise applications, digital platforms, and e-commerce solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring that technical solutions are secure, scalable, high-performing, and fully aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with business stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.

• Translate business processes into functional specifications, system architecture designs, and workflow improvements.

• Support digital commerce systems and handle integrations involving ERP, PIM, CMS, payment gateways, and customer loyalty modules.

• Conduct End-to-End (E2E) testing including UAT, functional, integration, API validation, and regression testing prior to production releases.

• Create and update technical design documents, system specifications, and integration guides.

• Monitor live application performance, troubleshoot technical incidents, conduct root-cause analysis, and apply fixes.

• Collaborate with technical leads, software architects, business analysts, and third-party vendors in an Agile environment.

Requirements & Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Commerce, or related fields.

• Experience: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in software development, application testing, or enterprise system integration.

• Domain Knowledge: Experience with SaaS-based platforms, e-commerce solutions (e.g., BigCommerce), PIM, DAM, CMS, and CRM integrations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Postman, Swagger, database queries, and Azure DevOps for test and defect management.

• Core Concepts: Solid understanding of SDLC principles, product catalogs, order fulfillment, pricing structures, and payment flows. Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks is a plus.
