We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to guide the architecture, development, and ongoing enhancement of our digital platforms, enterprise applications, and e-commerce infrastructure. In this role, you will act as the principal technical authority—driving application modernization, enterprise integrations, cloud deployment strategies, security governance, and AI integration across our tech ecosystem.
​Key Responsibilities
​Oversee the end-to-end delivery of enterprise solutions, including system architecture, technical design, and code quality reviews.
​Formulate clear architectural artifacts, high-level/low-level designs (HLD/LLD), interface specifications, and non-functional requirements (NFRs).
​Build and maintain robust software solutions using technologies such as .NET, Next.js, Nest.js, TypeScript, HTML5/CSS3, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
​Design and implement complex integration pipelines using RESTful APIs, microservices, middleware platforms, Apache NiFi, and iPaaS tools across ERP systems, payment gateways, and third-party marketplaces.
​Establish identity and access management (IAM) standards utilizing Microsoft Entra ID, Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and SAML.
​Lead application deployments across hybrid, on-premises, and cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker).
​Champion DevSecOps principles, continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD), automated security testing, and adherence to security governance standards.
​Drive performance tuning, root-cause troubleshooting, production stability, continuous delivery enhancements, and team mentoring.
​Spearhead AI adoption initiatives, incorporating AI-powered developer tools, automation, and intelligent system features.
​Qualifications & Requirements
​Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
​Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in enterprise software development, system integration, and digital platform delivery.
​Demonstrated track record of leading cloud migration, digital modernization, and enterprise-scale software initiatives.
​Strong expertise across enterprise solution architecture, cloud deployment, DevSecOps, identity governance, and modern AI enablement tools.
​Hands-on experience or familiarity with major e-commerce environments (e.g., BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) is preferred.
​Proven leadership capability with excellent vendor management, stakeholder communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.
