NOC Lead

Mannai Technologies is looking for an experienced NOC Lead in Doha, Qatar.

The role manages 24x7x365 Network Operations Centre activity. It includes leading the NOC team, meeting SLA targets, handling escalations, improving service delivery and keeping operational standards in line with ISF requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee round-the-clock NOC operations and keep daily service delivery running smoothly.

Lead the NOC team and ensure ISF standards, SLAs and operational rules are followed.

Create and maintain SOPs, escalation paths and operational workflows that support ISF objectives.

Act as the main contact for escalations, audits, reviews and service issues.

Review incident reports, study trends and put service improvement plans in place.

Manage team rosters, training, performance tracking and resource planning.

Prepare executive dashboards, KPI reports and monthly service review reports for management.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications or a related field.
Minimum 10+ years in Network Operations, including at least 3+ years in a managerial or team-lead role.
Strong background in NOC operations, incident management, SLA control and service improvement.
Good understanding of ISF standards, operational governance and escalation handling.
CCNP, ITIL and PMP certifications are preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, reporting and stakeholder management skills.
