L1 & L2 Support Engineer (ITS & Tolling)

Mannai Technologies is looking for an experienced L1 & L2 Support Engineer (ITS & Tolling) in Doha, Qatar.

This role provides 24/7 operational and technical support for the OMNIA Traffic Management System and Tolling Back-Office Systems. The focus is on keeping critical ITS infrastructure and transaction flows available, stable and accurate in line with SLAs and project KPIs. Vendor handover and application training will be given after joining.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor HCI/VxRail clusters, physical servers, Data Domain storage, roadside cabinets, workstations and laptops around the clock.

Check core applications such as SAP S/4HANA, CRM and databases, as well as roadside systems including detection cameras and gantries, to confirm end-to-end transaction integrity.

Carry out L1/L2 troubleshooting for system, application and network faults and escalate complex issues to L3 or OEM teams as per the agreed matrix.

Complete structured shift handover so open incidents and operational tasks are passed on clearly.

Handle controlled change requests and record all activity, faults and maintenance data in EAMS (IBM Maximo) and CRMS.

Follow Permit-to-Work rules, site access procedures, and HSE and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
3–5 years in L1/L2 IT or OT operations support, preferably in ITS, tolling or other 24/7 mission-critical environments.
Hands-on experience with VMware technologies (vSphere, vCenter, vSAN, ESXi, VxRail). Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, CRM, databases and ITIL incident/change processes.
Fluent English required. Arabic is an advantage.
