Mannai Technologies is looking for an experienced NOC Analysts (L1) in Doha, Qatar.
The role supports 24×7 Network Operations Centre activity. It covers monitoring network alerts, carrying out first-level troubleshooting, logging incidents, and escalating issues according to SLA and SOP guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Watch network events through dashboards, alerting tools and monitoring systems.
Carry out first-level checks for link failures, unreachable devices, high utilisation alerts and basic network issues.
Log, update and track incidents in the ticketing system with accurate timestamps and clear troubleshooting notes.
Follow standard triage scripts and escalate issues to L2 teams based on impact and priority.
Keep shift logs, handover reports and documentation as required by SOP.
Acknowledge alerts within SLA timelines and start basic troubleshooting promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking or a related field.
Minimum 2 to 3 years in network monitoring or NOC operations.
Good understanding of networking basics, monitoring tools, incident logging and escalation processes.
Experience with ticketing systems and shift-based operations is an advantage.
Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ certifications are preferred.
Good communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a 24×7 shift environment.
