Position Overview & Program Purpose:
Are you an ambitious UAE National looking to build a respected, life-saving career in aviation safety and emergency response? Dubai Airports is seeking dedicated Emirati Nationals to join the UAE National Airport Fire Service Programme in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
This specialized national development program is designed to train and mentor young Emirati talent into the airport firefighters of tomorrow. Participants undergo comprehensive language and physical/technical firefighter training to prepare them for safeguarding passengers, aircraft, and critical airport infrastructure across Dubai International (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC).

Program Structure & Development Modules:
1. Phase 1: Intensive English Language Training (9 Weeks)
– Participate in a 9-week intensive English language course focused on enhancing technical vocabulary, operational communication, and airport safety terminology.
– Develop clear radio and verbal communication skills necessary for high-pressure emergency response environments.
2. Phase 2: Basic Fire Fighter Training (9 Weeks)
– Complete a rigorous 9-week Basic Fire Fighter Training curriculum covering airport rescue procedures, structural/aircraft firefighting techniques, and hazardous material management.
– Gain practical hands-on experience using state-of-the-art firefighting equipment, emergency vehicles, and protective gear.
3. Phase 3: Operational Placement & On-the-Job Mentorship
– Transition into full-time roles as trained Airport Fire Fighters within the Dubai Airports Fire Service team.
– Receive continuous learning, periodic emergency drills, advanced rescue certifications, and long-term career progression frameworks.
Qualifications, Required Eligibility & Core Attributes:
– National Status & Qualifications:
* Open exclusively to UAE Nationals holding a valid Family Book (Khulasat Al Qaid).
* High School Diploma or equivalent education.
* Basic command of the English language.
* Valid UAE Driving License.
– Personal Attributes & Physical Readiness:
* Strong physical fitness, discipline, and dedication to public service.
* Calm composure, teamwork mindset, and quick decision-making abilities during critical incidents.
