Position Overview & Role Purpose:

In this vital restaurant leadership role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, guiding front-of-house teams, driving exceptional guest satisfaction, and monitoring financial costs and inventory strategies.

Key Responsibilities & F&B Management Duties:
1. Operational Supervision & Guest Experience:
– Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service workflows.
– Actively monitor guest feedback and engagement to guarantee an exceptional and consistent dining experience.
– Coordinate service processes and ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and brand hygiene standards.
2. Team Leadership & Development:
– Lead, motivate, and mentor the front-of-house service team to maintain high standards of hospitality.
– Coordinate staff scheduling, monitor daily performance, and support ongoing training initiatives.
3. Financial & Administrative Control:
– Monitor daily F&B costs, oversee budget alignment with the management team, and optimize inventory and pricing strategies.
– Record all invoices and manage administrative documentation in accordance with company financial policies.
Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:
– Academic Credentials:
* Bachelor’s degree in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
– Professional Experience:
* 4 to 6 years of overall experience in F&B operations or a similar hospitality environment.
* Minimum 1 year of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
– Skills & Personal Attributes:
* Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
* Proficiency in MS Office and restaurant POS software applications.
* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
