Position Overview & Role Purpose:

Are you a warm, energetic, and customer-focused hospitality professional looking to deliver exceptional dining experiences? Azadea Group is seeking a dedicated Waiter / Waitress to join its food and beverage (F&B) restaurant operations team in Kuwait.

In this guest-facing role, you will act as an ambassador for the restaurant concept, welcoming guests, presenting menus, taking accurate food and beverage orders, serving dishes attentively, and ensuring a pleasant, high-quality dining atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities & Hospitality Duties:

1. Guest Service & Order Taking:

– Greet guests promptly, seat them comfortably, and present menus with expert knowledge of food and beverage offerings.

– Take guest orders accurately, answer menu inquiries, offer recommendations, and communicate special dietary requirements clearly to the kitchen team.

– Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to high service standards and presentation guidelines.

2. Restaurant Maintenance & Table Management:

– Ensure tables, dining areas, and service stations are clean, well-stocked, and properly reset for incoming guests.

– Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and promptly address any requests or concerns.

– Clear plates, glasses, and cutlery between courses following established hygiene and sanitation protocols.

3. Operational Collaboration:

– Handle billing and payment processes accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system where applicable.

– Cooperate smoothly with hosts, kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow team members to maintain fast, efficient restaurant flow.

– Comply strictly with company policies, food safety regulations, and health standards.

Qualifications, Required Experience & Core Competencies:

– Academic Credentials:

* High School Diploma or equivalent hospitality training.

– Professional Experience:

* Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a reputable restaurant, café, hotel, or casual dining establishment.

– Skills & Personal Attributes:

* Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and smiling customer-first attitude.

* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.

* Professional fluency in written and spoken English; conversational Arabic or additional languages are a strong asset.
