The Paramedic provides rapid-response emergency medical care, patient stabilization, and safe transport during medical crises and trauma situations. Working in coordination with emergency department teams, this role ensures high standards of pre-hospital clinical care in compliance with institutional protocols and safety regulations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Emergency Response & Triage: Respond promptly to medical emergencies, perform rapid patient assessments, and deliver appropriate pre-hospital life support care.
​Patient Care & Stabilization: Administer first aid, basic and advanced life support, airway management, and emergency medications under clinical guidelines.
​Transport & Communication: Safely transport critical and non-critical patients to medical facilities while maintaining continuous monitoring and communicating vital status updates to hospital emergency staff.
​Equipment & Inventory Maintenance: Inspect, maintain, and sanitize emergency vehicles, medical tools, and equipment daily to guarantee operational readiness and stock replenishment.
​Documentation & Compliance: Complete accurate pre-hospital care reports and patient documentation in line with HMG clinical standards, local healthcare regulations, and medical ethics.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) / Paramedicine from an accredited institution.
​Licensure: Valid professional registration/license as a Paramedic acceptable to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) and Ministry of Health (MOH).
​Certifications: Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
​Skills: Strong clinical judgment under pressure, physical stamina, excellent communication, and emergency protocol execution.
