This permanent mid-senior food role (Job No. 4856577) runs day-to-day restaurant operations so sales, profit and service targets are met. Alshaya operates more than 25 food brands across MENA.

The manager leads a multi-cultural team, coaches for commercial results and keeps the guest at the centre of the shift.

Qualifications & Requirements
Hospitality or restaurant management experience at manager level.

Strong customer focus.
Good English; Arabic is useful in the UAE.
