The Attender ensures a high level of quality care and customer service to patients and their families. Key duties include introducing services, updating patients on prescription order statuses, managing prescription flow from clinics to pharmacies, coordinating medication home deliveries, and supporting daily pharmacy quality and compliance operations.
​Key Responsibilities:
​Track and verify that 100% of prescriptions are received from clinics to pharmacies without delay.
​Act as a direct liaison between patients, clinic teams, and procurement teams to guarantee patient satisfaction.
​Ensure pharmacy staff welcome entering customers and address every patient’s needs promptly.
​Communicate clearly regarding any delays in medication dispensing and delivery.
​Coordinate home delivery of medications via delivery personnel (riders, drivers) and inform patients of delivery details.
​Prioritize patient care based on physical conditions and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
​Assist the Pharmacy In-Charge with implementing MOH quality SOPs, maintaining updated documentation, and organizing medication racks.
​Coordinate with pharmacy procurement to address stock shortages and report sales concerns to senior management.
​Qualifications & Requirements:
​Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
​Skills: Preferred basic literacy and numeracy skills.
​Language Skills: Ability to speak and understand the local language; basic English communication skills are helpful.
