Opening for Senior HVAC Technicians for maintenance operations at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) under ENOVA by Veolia.
​Detailed Job Responsibilities:
​Perform planned preventive and corrective maintenance, repair, and breakdown analysis of HVAC systems.
​Service Air Handling Units (AHU), Fresh Air Handling Units (FAHU), Fan Coil Units (FCU), split AC units, and centralized chilled water distribution systems.
​Manage air distribution, air filtration, Variable Air Volume (VAV) systems, and exhaust/ventilation units.
​Maintain motor controls, circuit line diagram interpretation, and coordinate through BMS interfaces.
​Implement strict LOTO procedures, permit-to-work systems, safe work practices, and Legionella control measures.
​Requirements & Benefits:
