Hiring Senior Mechanical and Plumbing Technicians for facility maintenance at Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) via ENOVA by Veolia.
​Detailed Job Responsibilities:
​Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of plumbing materials, fixtures, fittings, and copper brazing techniques.
​Execute PPR installation, repairs, breakdown analysis, motor bearing replacements, and maintain domestic hot/cold water generation systems.
​Manage Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems, drainage/sewage networks, pump types, and basic motor controls using circuit diagrams.
​Integrate with HVAC and medical gas systems; work with BMS systems, LOTO safety protocols, and work permit systems (PTW).
​Conduct planned preventive and corrective maintenance while maintaining Legionella prevention and control standards.
​Requirements & Benefits:
​Good communication skills and mandatory Gulf experience in Facility Management.
