Senior ELV Technician (Extra Low Voltage)

Hiring Senior ELV Technicians for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (CCAD) project managed by ENOVA by Veolia. ​Detailed Job Responsibilities:​Execute preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of complex ELV systems in compliance with safety standards.
​Maintain Fire Alarm Systems (addressable and conventional), Gate Barrier Systems, Lighting Control Systems, Structured Cabling, and BMS interfaces.
​Perform fault-finding, interpret technical drawings, and maintain precise service records and breakdown logs.
​Coordinate vendors for specialized maintenance and strictly comply with HSE regulations, PTW systems, and incident reporting.
​Practical experience with Pneumatic Tube Systems (PTS) is highly valued.
