INSURANCE EXECUTIVE

Comprehensive Position Overview & Organizational Purpose:

KIMSHEALTH Holding Company B.S.C (C) is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Executive for KIMSHEALTH Medical Center – Meshaf in Doha, Qatar. The role is responsible for managing and developing client relationships, assessing insurance needs, and providing optimal insurance solutions while maintaining a strong understanding of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities & Core Duties:

– Client Relations & Needs Assessment: Develops and maintains relationships with clients to understand insurance needs and provide suitable solutions.

– Risk Assessment & Negotiation: Conducts thorough risk assessments and analysis to determine appropriate insurance coverage; negotiates insurance terms and premiums on behalf of clients.

– Sales Strategy & Reporting: Collaborates with team members to implement effective sales strategies, monitors insurance claims for timely processing, and prepares reports on sales and performance metrics.

– Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintains accurate records of client interactions and stays up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and regulations.

Qualifications, Requirements & Core Competencies:

– Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

– Professional Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.

– Core Skills & Licensing: Strong knowledge of insurance policies and market trends, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software, and bilingual fluency in English and Arabic are a plus. A valid insurance license is preferred.
